Sam Nightingale is a professional photographer who produces photographic documentation for artists, performers, galleries and various commissioning agencies. With many years of experience in art and event documentation, Samʼs skillful photographic control and considered eye actively seek out the image that will communicate a sense of the event, translating it into a visual document ready for publication and dissemination.

Commissions undertaken have involved him working with a range of international artists in various sites and situations. His work is typified by a fleet-of-foot responsiveness, thorough research and understanding of the work to be documented and sensitivity to the artistʼs intentions and the site itself.
